My best friends’ earliest memory of me is a rather appropriate one.  It is of me telling her at around 6 years old, that "your hair is your crown and glory."  I laugh every time I hear that story because, while I don't remember it, it’s not hard to believe that it happened. With the passion I have for hair today, I understand why that phrase has been so deeply rooted with me.
 
My name is Annagjid (ann-a-Kee) but everyone calls me Kee. The talent for styling hair has been the most amazing gift that I could have ever asked for and I have been sharing my gift with the world for over 15 years. While most of my work has been with privately owned salons, my resume also includes movies, TV, weddings, photo shoots, products and print work including Sleek hair tools and Hype Hair Magazine.
 
I label myself not only as a hairstylist, but more importantly, as a hair care specialist.  I say this because not only do I make hair beautiful, but I make hair healthy as well.  All of my long time clients have experienced amazing hair growth from the first time they have sat in my chair, and all without the aid of chemicals or relaxers.  The “old folks” always tell me I have growing hands.  I don’t know if I believe that, but I do have a few before & afters that will blow you away. 
 
 Overall, my goal is to stress the importance of healthy and beautiful hair.  With your help, I can help you achieve an amazing, fabulous, and full head of hair.  Many people ask me what my secret is.  All I can tell you is that my "mane" ingredient is LOVE, hence the name Deeper Than Hair.
